New daily menu: Preludio

A NEW MENU DEBUTS AT EL CAFÉ DE LA ÓPERA IN ITS MOST INFORMAL VERSION: AT LUNCHTIME AND EXCLUSIVELY FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, NOT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. WITH THE OPTION OF CHOOSING A STARTER, MAIN COURSE AND DESSERT, WITH THE PRELUDIO MENU YOU CAN ENJOY SOME OF THE MOST REPRESENTATIVE DISHES ON THE MENU.

For lovers of gastronomy and quality products, El Café de la Ópera (c/ Arrieta, 6) launches Preludio A complete menu in which you can enjoy -in a more informal way- some of the most iconic dishes from their menu with a starter, main course and dessert to choose from. Available exclusively in the gastrobar area, you can find it from Monday to Friday (not public holidays) at midday.

An unbeatable gastronomic proposal that offers among its starters Grandma’s dish of the day, depending on the season deconstructed potato omelette with mushroom cream, corn tacos with shredded beef, pico de gallo and green sauce, chef’s suggestion salad and salad and grilled artichoke confit flower (+2 €).

Main courses include healthy options such as options such as hake with crispy skin and grilled pak choi or pak choi or wild salmon with huancaína potato. Carnivores can choose from the pork ribs with homemade barbecue sauce and fries or the tenderloin steak with wedge potatoes (+4 €). And if you’re looking for something more exotic, chicken curry with basmati rice.

Not forgetting dessert, with a choice of fresh fruit fan or seasonal pudding. Drinks not included.
