Llega el fr\u00edo y, con \u00e9l, el Cocido Madrile\u00f1o es un imprescindible cada viernes en El Caf\u00e9 de la \u00d3pera. Un men\u00fa tradicional con el que disfrutar de un delicioso cocido en tres vuelcos, para comer como m\u00e1s nos guste, galardonado en 2015 por la calidad de sus garbanzos.<\/p>\n

Una propuesta gastron\u00f3mica que arranca con la croqueta de cocido<\/strong>, las guindillas con cebolletas<\/strong> y la sopa con fideos<\/strong>. En bandeja, servidos los garbanzos castellanos<\/strong> y verduras. <\/strong>Acompa\u00f1ado por una cuidada selecci\u00f3n de carnes: morcillo<\/strong>, tocino<\/strong>, panceta<\/strong>, costillas<\/strong>, chorizo asturiano<\/strong>, morcilla<\/strong> y gallina<\/strong> junto a la salsa de tomate con cominos<\/strong>. Y de postre, leche frita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00bfSu secreto? \u201cLa elaboraci\u00f3n a fuego lento durante m\u00e1s de 48 horas\u201d, nos cuenta su jefe de cocina.\u00a0 Disponible exclusivamente los viernes, se sirve de la olla a la mesa, siempre con ingredientes de la m\u00e1s alta calidad.<\/p>\n
