A traditional menu with which you can enjoy a delicious stew in three courses, to eat as you like, awarded in 2015 for the quality of its chickpeas.<\/p>\n<p>A gastronomic proposal that starts with the stew croquette, chilli peppers with spring onions and soup with noodles. The Castilian chickpeas and vegetables are served on a tray with tomato sauce with cumin. Accompanied by a careful selection of meats: blood sausage, bacon, bacon, bacon, ribs, Asturian chorizo, black pudding and chicken. And for dessert, fried milk.<\/p>\n<p>Its secret? \u2018The slow cooking for more than 48 hours\u2019, says the chef. Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
