RESERVATION PROCESS FOR A SINGING DINNER
From El Café de la Ópera it is essential to explain to our clients what the reservation process for “A Singing Dinner” is like. As it is a dinner with a show, the human team that makes it possible needs to anticipate the layout of the tables, space for the singers and gastronomic preparation in advance. Therefore, at the time of making your reservation, it must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation at no cost, you can do so 24 hours before the date of your reservation. Our reservations department will contact you one day before the show to reconfirm your reservation and proceed with the payment.
In the event that you do not show up or cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the date of your reservation, the refund of the amount previously paid would not be possible.
